1.     Develop and Implement Sectional work plans;

2.     Develop and review the Supply Chain Manual;

3.     Authorize the issuance of stores;

4.     Coordinate preparation and management of inventory control register;

5.     Develop and oversee implementation of asset management systems;

6.     Monitor the implementation of asset acquisition and disposal plans;

7.     Guide in disposal of unserviceable stores;

8.     Ensure timely supply of quality goods and services and works;

9.     Ensuring provision of secretarial services to the procurement Committees;

10.  Ensuring maintenance of updated suppliers list;

11.  Assisting in development of detailed service level agreements for third party providers;

12.  Providing advisory services on procurement matters to the Accounting Officer including preparation of consolidated procurement and disposal plans.

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

2.     Professional diploma in Supplies Management (CIPS) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

3.     Membership to Kenya Institute of supplies Management (KISM);

4.     Valid Practicing License;

5.     Proficiency in application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
