1.     Enforce Makueni County Sand Conservation and Utilization Act, 2015;

2.     Enforce effective sand revenue collection;

3.     Carrying out investigations on illegal sand harvesting and transporting business and make reports;

4.     Managing access control system within the yard where impounded and detained vehicles are parked;

5.     Ensure all vehicles have a valid license to transport sand;

6.     Carry out any other relevant duty and responsibility assigned by the supervisor(s).

1.     Be in possession of at least Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D- (Minus) or its equivalent;

2.     Certificate in the relevant field is an added advantage;

3.     Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license is an added advantage;

4.     Be physically and mentally fit.

1.     There are NO fees charged by the Authority for any application of these positions.
